Clyde-Apac is aware of the serious implications of non year 2000 compliant systems and has now completed an organisation wide year 2000 compliance program. This compliance program sought to identify and remedy risks associated with non compliant systems throughout our manufacturing, service and support systems through to our immediate supplier base.

Statement of Compliance - Products
Products manufactured and supplied by Clyde-Apac on or after the 1st of January 1995 are year 2000 compliant. Product supplied prior to this date, modifications or third party devices or devices connected to any product supplied by Clyde-Apac are not covered by this statement and should be independently verified. Clyde-Apac provides this service on a fee payable basis.

Statement of Compliance – Business Systems
Clyde-Apac core business systems have been certified and tested as year 2000 compliant. Where applicable systems have been installed, upgraded, modified or abandoned to achieve this end. Clyde-Apac foresees no interruption or erroneous activity pertaining to year 2000 issues.

Individual Statements of Compliance
Due to the high number of requests for individual statements of compliance for items such as nuts & bolts, rollers, filters, steel pressings, light bulbs, solid state devices, products manufactured in the ‘60’s etc., Clyde-Apac will now only process requests for individual statements of compliance for specific products or systems on a fee for service basis, pre-paid.

Whilst we are confident that such measures will significantly minimise potential problems, Clyde-Apac accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting, either directly or indirectly, from loss of functionality or other behaviour exhibited in systems or equipment caused by year 2000 issues.
